The pea soup that wasn't as edible as it looks

I thought I did everything right and it was cooking away but when I tried the first spoon, the peas were still too hard. I'd done step 1 wrong. When using fresh peas you have to let them soak over night and I'd just not soaked them in enough water. Otherwise the meat was perfect and the other flavours were exactly what they should be. But as I've said before, it's okay to make mistakes. Next time this soup will be UH-MAZ-ING!
